First was a text (901-708-7357) saying a transaction of $550.34 was made.....Press yes or no .... Then a call following up on text, info on previous page. I asked why the phone # didn't state the name of Chase. They gave some explanation and I told them I would take care of the problem through the website and they very quickly hung up.
