Received a text message saying I was losing my Medicare and told me to call (917) 210-7675. I called and they asked for my Medicare number. Also, they asked about my medical problems and needed a sample of my saliva. I started asking questions and they hung up. I received a text message from 855-508-5318 claiming that I was due for my Medicare-covered wellness update. I knew that this was a fraud right away. I was asked to call 917-210-7675 for more information. I looked up both numbers on the internet and was alerted by BBB that someone else had been contacted by these people. Text message sent from "Medicare" saying my required annual Wellness Check was not completed and to call 917 210-7675. I called and female with Indian accent said I needed to answer a few questions to be sent a required saliva test- she used an American 1st name that I forgot. We were cut off by an incoming call so I called back and a male answered saying he was Mark Zelensky ( 1st hint it was scam) - also Indian accent. Explained a mandatory saliva test had to be taken ( pre screen for cancer and other heredity diseases) and asked me for Drs name, his address, asked for my medicare number "on the red and blue card"..and asked about history of insomnia etc. I gave some info then hung up. Immediately I received a call indicating it was my doctor but I didn't answer. When i played back the call there was no message so I called my doctor back and was told that they DIDN'T CALL ME.
