I was called from a number ( +1 (917) 746-1197) and told it was chase bank calling about fraudulent accounts made with my phone number to draw out thousands of dollars. The caller gave a name and a case number and transferred me to another person who told me to fix it through Zelle, claiming to be able to void it. He told me to put in a code, which were actually dollar amounts, and when I said that I would just call chase, he told me that I would just be redirected back to him. I put in the amount which I was told was a code, but it did not go through. He told me the issue may be through other money transfer applications and told me to go to cash app. He then told me to put in a code, which was actually a dollar amount of $979, and told me to put as the purpose void979.2000. I did so, and the money was sent. When I addressed that money was drawn from my account, they transferred me to a third person, yet I hung up and proceeded to call chase.
