I reached out to the company on December 8th inquiring about havin my car shipped from Las Vegas to my future home in Jacksonville Florida. Upon talking to the representative he assured me that giving a deposit would lock in my great price rate. I was informed that as lo my as the driver has not been selected I could recieve a full refund. I was told I would get my driver information 24 hours before my scheduled shipment date. Ok Christmas Day 2025 I hadn’t received any information so I reached out to the guy Rick James and he just gave me the run around until the day was over saying “please give me more time until Monday”. When I inquired about a refund he refused to help me process one. I called him over 20 times and left several text messages and no response. I emailed them requesting my money back and didn’t receive a response. Today, being Monday I haven’t received any call, text or email about my car being shipped. I reached out to the “supervisor” on the phone number shown on their website(918) 268-9166) who doesn’t even give a name but said he would call me back(without even giving a time frame). I asked him, “If you’re the supervisor why can’t you just process the refund” he avoided the question. They are scam artists but I need my money. I have two daughters under two years old and a wife to get across the country. They need to be shut down after investigation because they are crooks.
