Community Reports

Our landline phone number, identified the phone number, 1-920-985-6148, as the source of a voicemail message very similar to the voicemail messages we have been receiving almost weekly over the past several months. In the past the messages have been left by a female name and female voice. Recently the messages have been left by a male voice. Today, February 26, 2026, at 4::14 p.m. we received a voicemail message from a man claiming to represent the Credit Executive Office who said his name is, Marco Mendoza. We have played the voicemail message back several times while transcribing it so that the transcription is accurate as follows: “Hello. This is Marco calling in reference to your loan approval. This is Marco Mendoza with the Credit Executive Office regarding your personal loan request. I have been trying to reach you over the last few days to finalize your request and go over the steps with you based on the latest review. It looks like we may be able to approve you for around $50,000. You can either log in to your loan portal to complete the closing documents or if you would like to speak with your loan specialist now you can press one or call us directly at 833-588-3819. Have a great day. I am looking forward to speak (sic) with you.” .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex [BBB Scam Type: Phishing] [Business: Credit Executive Office] [Location: TX, USA- 76001]
