Hello, I made the purchase online and paid. They sent me a tracking code from the company APC 1932202230031109. That code shows the product arrived in Chile on November 29th, but there's been no movement since then. APC apparently uses a local courier, and another code LW063884373US, butappears, but since it hasn't been delivered to the courier in Chile, that code doesn't work. I contacted the seller, and they just keep saying it's in transit and resending me the codes. I contacted the logistics company APC, and they say that since there's been no movement since November 29th, we have to assume it's lost and that I should contact the seller.
