I saw an ad on Facebook to buy a person. I like what I saw and placed an order 12/27. When I did not receive shipping information or tracking info by 12/30 I sent an email. I was told I would receive the information later but it never showed up. On 1/3 I was charged a second amount that I never agreed to pay. I still have not received a product or the refund that I requested. When I click on the order number in the original email there is now a tracking number, 9409100000000000000000, but is not valid when I attempt to track. I just want people to know to avoid this merchant. I wish I could get my money back.
