I'd place an order online on Black Friday, November 28, 2025, for items for Christmas. They took my money right of way. After almost a week on December 3rd, I'd email the company regarding my order and tracking number. I did received a response back. I had to send 3 more emails and called on Monday, the 15th of December and Red Flags went up as soon the person answered the phone and couldn't answer my questions regarding the delay. However, at the end of the call he mentioned I'll have my tracking by the end of the day. I didn't get the tracking number until the next day. I went to track my package it had this: Tracking Details:9434650105496020797407 Service Description:Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item Delivery Date:Dec 15, 2025 - 9:08 pm Date / TimeActivityLocation Dec 15, 2025 - 9:08 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item WEBSTER NY, 14580 When I finally track my package I thought I was actually going to receive it. Until I saw the company made changes to my order delivery. I provided the track number so you can see details results doesn't match my invoice order. I DID NOT AUTHORIZED "INDIVIDUAL PICK UP AT THE POST OFFICE.' IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS I PROVIDED. Please get my funds back since this company didn't send my order.
