I was looking for a rent to own home. I found Kelly rent to own. We are trying to get custody of our grand-daughters. I called him at 945-396-0500, and he said I would have to purchase an Apple Play gift card to make a down payment. I physically drove to the house, but could not go inside because he wasn't available as he was at the lawyers office. He was supposed to meet us at the home to give us the keys, but he didn't show up. He texted to say call me. I gave his number to my friend who called him, and he cussed him out, last week.
