Applied for house rental on apartments.com I received and email from [email protected] wanting me to submit request for tenant to consider me. Later another response from a person named Kyra musingi responding “I’ll send your information to my boss they will be reaching out soon” I got a text the next morning from 19512947358(see photos) to set up a viewing of the house. Once there, they gave me a code to get the key into the house, demanded I stay on the phone during the viewing. He was really pushy for me to submit an application even though I told him I had other places to look at. I did reach out later that night to see if I could go look at it again, and he called me demanding the application fee again, as someone else was interested and if I filled it out he’d hold it until Feb for me. He text me the application “clone of clone” and asked for copy of my DL. I sent DL and filled out application but made me stay on the phone with him. Luckily did not ask for my social or bank info. They wanted payment by cashapp/venmo/other non tractable places. Once I saw that I ended the call and he’s called me non stop sense.
