I was seeking a replacement part for my walk behind Hasqvarna lawn mower, and more directly a mowed grass collection bag which attaches to the lawn mower itself. The manufacturer's booklets which came with the lawn mower fails to list the mower's replacement parts. After a period of use the identification number of the lawn mower can't be distinguished, and again the Hasqvarna Booklets tell the consumer absolutely nothing regarding the mower's replacement parts. Ergo, searching for the worn-out grass collection bag led me to this vendor. I informed the vendor, Replacement Parts.com, what it was I required and they sold me far more than I required which is a kit numbered: 598453501-described as follows: Grass Bag, Side Chute, And Mulch-Invoice #: 25-965286-0326 dated 3/30/2026 @ 2:27:27 PM. for $159.40-Item: $135.33; Shipping: $13.99; Tax $10.08; Total: $159.40. There's a one year warranty included without any notice that the customer must pay for the return, if returned. No assembly instructions were included from Hasqvarna nor ReplacementParts.com. The order was delivered on or about April 3, 2026, without instructions as to how to assembly the replacement part(s). Ergo, I called ReplacementParts,com, and was transferred to Hasqvarna @ 1-800-487-5951 for assembly instructions which merely led to my having to pay for the same which was delivered unassembled from Hasqvarna via ReplacementParts.com. The bottom line being, the items isn't of any value to me whatsoever because I have no idea how to assembly the same without added cost. Thus, the item is useless. Furthermore, ReplacementParts.com never said it would cost to return the item should it not meet my expectations. To return the same I had to use UPS today, April 7, 2026, and it cost $112.14.
