Thought was a delivery company. Transport vehicles from dealerships and for those who sold or bought vehicle or needing vehicle worked on I guess. I’ve never purchased a car before. I didn’t know I had to use a delivery company. I financed a car from Somersworth Nissan in NH. They told me I’m not allowed to pickup car in person. Didn’t know. Went thru several months trying to find a transporter. Originally talked to Brightway in November 2025. Was looking for a good price but wound up with them as I’ve never done this before. Talked w many companies all altering prices and telling me different things. Finally asked them and mentioned I can only pay by card or Apple Pay. I repeatedly asked to not use their company if they cannot accept that form of payment. They took the car. And have been demanding $1200 but never showing up. I’ve been harrassed, defamatory, and downright treated horribly. I was upset they change payment form and lie to me. I even try to pay this unknown person Aleksandr Tyutkalov at 971-225-2025. Apply Pay refused and noted he is scammer and wouldn’t let me pay him. Mind you, all this time, no car delivered. The agreement was pay on delivery. Never delivered anything to me. They’ve continually altered aspects of our agreement and were mean first. It’s been 4+ months no car and I can’t work really without a vehicle. I’m being nickel and dimed and NO CAR delivered. NONE! I have lots of emails from them. I don’t know how to share them all. I’m tired of being a consumer constantly lied to and used by companies. So I’m very very upset about this. They act nice then steam roll you and keep your property whilst claiming you messed up. I did pay deposit and they were paid just fine. Now they demand cash when it was agreed I can pay w my card or Apple Pay. I’m not the one not paying. They are ones twisting things and changing things. All the while, no delivery.
