As part of your routine care, we need to review your current health status and make sure all preventive screenings are fully documented and complete. My text message said to call 971-346-9222 to get more info about my overdue Medicare-covered wellness update. They "need to review your current health status and make sure all preventive screenings are fully documented and complete" I'm sure once you call that number they will ask for your Medicare number and much more.
