I ordered on the 9th of this month received one email saying it was processed if i check on the website it says it has been processed but they gave me a ups tracking number that says they delivered to arizona (1ZW40F990363577656 ) says it was signed for have already been charged i never wrote anything about Arizona and they are not replying to any e-mails number on email does not go through any one have any experience with this site? Update:1/2/13 Recieved an email today for the first time saying - HI, We apologize that happened! Were shipping you a replacement package immediately.
