I ordered two items from a merchant that appeared to be AIgroupfood. However, when I received notification from PayPal the merchant was shown as Phan Thi Tranh Tam. The item was shown as charmcharmshop, rather than the items I ordered. I have received no further contact from the merchant, and have not received the items. When I searched AI groupfoods, the item listed by the merchant was not found, and the item (American Crew Liquid Wax) did not appear to be of a type AIgroufoods normally markets. Google search for "Badger - After-Shave Face Oil, Bergamot & Menthol, Moisturizing Aftershave Oil, Natural After Shave Face Oil for Men, 4 fl oz Glass Bottle" led to one of the Sponsored Products to be a link to https://aigroupfood.net/wm-hot/product/badger-after-shave-face-oil-bergamot-menthol-moisturizing-aftershave-oil-natural-after-shave-face-oil-for-men-4-fl-oz-glass-bottle/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=*********35&gclid=CjwKCAiAlrXJBhBAEiwA-5pgwvtn2xey_LFWJ5qQ9q3aS7qVNuPnl7am-YqQDU4L-KGH_Yg1f7hSfBoCeq4QAvD_BwE. The order process is very similar to legit retailers, and directs you to pay via Paypal, which I did. The payment goes to an account named NGUYENTHIBA. Then Paypal redirects you to AI Group Food website, in which the "cart" still shows no payment applied / payment still due, and no confirmation was given either on the screen or in my email. I ordered some product I haven' t heard from them in 12 days they said delivery was in 3 to 5 days and they will send me emails and updates for shipment of the order .I haven't heard from them since their website has a massaging that I lift messages about 3 -4 to contact me at my email .money was deducted from my account to their PayPal account the same day dec 21 ,2025 by HUYNH THIMY MIEN .I got the confirmation at their website AIgroupfood.net number is 53890 .
