On August 18, 2025, I ordered a Huawei P30 Pro cellphone from ‘bella H’ out of China advertised on Alibaba.com. Order #******************. According to Alibaba records, the item was delivered on Sept 4, 2025 to a party in ********** **. I do not live in BC but Ontario. Alibaba.com has my correct delivery address. The seller had my correct delivery address. Since Sept. 4, 2025, I have been trying to get a resolution from either the seller, bella H, or Alibaba.com as to the whereabouts of my purchase. I have been given the runaround by both the seller and Alibaba.com for several months. The seller, bella H, claimed they needed delivery feedback from the shipper. I had feedback from the shipper (see below). The package was cleary sent to a party in BC. The seller, bella H, has stopped responding to my messages as of 10-10-25. Then in January 2026, Alibaba.com claimed my complaint ran out of time. Alibaba.com claimed I should have asked for an extension to the complaint time frame. I did try but since the Alibaba.com website shows the order as ‘delivered’, I was not provided that option. ‘Your order ****************** has been delivered’. I do not live in BC and Alibaba.com had my correct address in Ontario. The Alibaba.com buyer protection policy (Trade Assurance) is a scam. The Trade Assurance policy did nothing to help me since I was not allowed to file for a refund. Alibaba.com simply sent me back to the seller, who in this case, did nothing. Alibaba.com also sent me a ‘direct’ hotline which, when you enter the code, turns out to require you to download the ‘Taobao’ app. All the supporting details and messages to seller and Alibaba.com are available upon request. I am out US$140.00 with no chance of recovery. Hopefully my complaint on the BBB site might protect other future buyers against such fraudelent business practices of Alibaba.com. DETAILS: Order #******************, Order Date: 202 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: bella H on Alibaba.com website Da
