I initially saw an ad for a product on TikTok. I was taken to the website anlecius.com. I should have already been suspicious, but. the product page looked valid. I should have known better (too good to be true price), but I did not inspect the site at that time and purchased the product. I received an email five days later that my item shipped, but the tracking number was invalid. I waited a few days because I know it can take a few days to show up in the system. When I checked again, it was still invalid. I reached out to company and received a reply that the package was in the “final states of delivery”. It has now been three weeks since I ordered - way beyond the listed shipping & processing times. I stopped getting email replies. I started looking into the company at this point. The product page was gone for what I had purchased, the website looked totally bare. There was no valid information in the terms and policies pages (bogus business addresses and emails). Through domain ownership searches and the merchant charge information on my card statement, I was able to link ownership to a second site, lertia.com (also a scam site). The information on Lertia led to the LLC, JJJ-Solution from New Haven, CT and its owner. After over a month and a half of run-around it took me tracking down all of this information and reaching out threatening legal action to this person’s personal email address to get my refund. I also found several other people that have ordered from these sites that are in the same situation and still awaiting any product or refund. I do believe there was never any product, and they are hoping to just take off with your money. Beware and don’t forget to do a little digging BEFORE you buy. Hope this saves someone the hassle.
