I called Samsung to file a claim for my Stove (still covered by Warranty) Samsung connected me with this site, apparently was the Technician that was going to come and repair my stove but never showed up. They asked me for my credit cart which it looked weird as I only was trying to file a claim. They said it was going to be reimbursed. Then they charged $5.00 immediately, then a month after they charged me another $48.00. I had to report to my Bank that my card was being compromised.
