I was trying to find the specific dimensions of an iron made by Panasonic Quik 360 and as I was searching I discovered there was somone who could help. Except when I spoke with the man he could not help me. Somehow I was connected to Askanexpertonline who said that for $5.00 I could speak with someone who knew the product. I never did get the answer I was seeking. To talk to askanexpertonline I had to pay $5.00. When my credit card statement came for December there was a $5.00 charge on 11/23/25 and also a $48.00 charge also on 11/23 from askanexpertonline.com. I had only heard about the $5 charge when I spoke to a man but nothing about a subscription. On next month's bill (which I haven't received yet) there is also a $48.00 charge on 12/23. I ultimately talked with Dave Martin at 754-314-2702 who told me the best way to stop the charges was to cancel this years long subscription. There is a $99.00 charge to cancel the subscription! Mr. Martin said that the subscription will be cancelled in 8 working days after 1/16/26 and that i would be refunded the $48.00. I think he was going to try to get the December$48.00 charge cancelled as well. This is like blackmail! I tried calling my credit card company but they could not help me and said I had done the right thing by calling the supplier.
