On Jan 11th, I was scrolling facebook and saw a quiz to "Find out what kind of Witch you Are." So, I interacted. They created a report for 1.00 I used my PayPal account, and didn;t think anymore about it. I downloaded their app, and saw its mainly a way to connect with Psychics. Not a believer, so I deleted the app. Forgot all about them. One week later, on Jan 18th, I was charged 49.99 to Yolo bros, inc. It took a bit of research, but I found them. Their website is asknebula.com It was difficult to find the subscriptions area, but I did. It appeared I did not have a subscription. I interacted with their "contact us" chatbot (They said they would get back to me within 24 hours). I found the email address they had subscribed me under, and of course, its the one I use with suspected spammy/ad based sites. I checked my email, and someone from their company got back to me and kindly told me they had cancelled me. I do not think they will refund me, or take the charge off. The Paypal account had nothing in it for them to take, but I am sure the charge will remain waiting for me to put money in PayPal. Their refund page has some sketchy rules as well: MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you at checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund if you contact us via the Support center or by email within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period, and provide evidence that, within the first thirty (30) days after purchase, you completed at least seven (7) consecutive days of engagement by either (i) following the plan provided, or (ii) if no plan is available, engaging with the provided guidance or insights and completing daily reflections and actions based on them. I was checking my Paypal account and noticed three transactions for YOLO Bros. The first amount was for $1, the second for $29.99 and the 3rd was for $49.99. These were all taken out on the same day. I contacted Paypal twice to file a complaint and it has been denied twice. They stated it was for a subscription. When I looked up YOLO it is for some type of psychic/astrology thing. There is only my husband and I living in the house and no one else has access to my Paypal account. My Paypal account has been hacked in the past. I am not getting anywhere with Paypal or any other contacts. When I file the dispute, Paypal immediately denies my claim. We are on a very small fixed income and don't care about what the future holds so why would we have signed up for this. Hoping that you can assist in getting our money returned from this fraudulent company. I notice there are more complaints on your website regarding this company and situation. I just found out there's a suspicious charge on my credit card yesterday from Healing 5CFN for $49.99, then I searched it was a charge through PayPal from Yolo Brothers Inc. and also found out there are several other charges from the same company in Dec.,($49.99 on 1/22, $49.99 on 12/22, $29.99 on 12/15, and $9 on 12/15). In PayPal app, there's an email provided to contact support - asknebula.com/support, so I reached out to Nebula, but didn't have any luck. I also contacted my credit card company to report fraud, they are looking into this. I hope I can get my money back [BBB Scam Type: Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill] [Business: Yolo Brothers Inc.] [Location: CA, USA- 94402]
