Received emails from blossom flowers reminding me to place a birthday order for a friend as I did the previous year. I clicked on the website in email to blossomflowerdelivery.com and placed the order. I received texts and emails from blossom , prior to expected delivery asking for $70 dollars more due to unexpected material issue ( these were basic flowers in a simple vase) I then received an email asking for $35 more. Once I saw the request for more money I called to cancel and got terrible service, being bounced around from an automated system to a live person after a long wait, that hung up. I made contact by going through the channels to place a phone order. They told me there were additional costs for the order to be placed, at that time I cancelled the order and was immediately sent to an automated system again. I stopped the debit charge. There is a company called Blossoms located on *** **** *** ********** ** *****. It’s a very reputable flower shop with high-quality products. However, a scam company stole their name and created a website called blossomflowerdelivery.com to trick consumers like me into paying for flower arrangements online that are beautiful and then delivering a much lower quality arrangement that’s quite embarrassing. When I tried to call, I got an AI operator and eventually got disconnected. When the flowers were delivered, the tag listed Dani’s Flowers *** ******* ** ******* ** ***** ***** ********. When I called this number, the voicemail was full and no business name was mentioned. I got scammed, paid for a beautiful Christmas centerpiece and got a super cheap one delivered.
