The arrangement delivered was materially different from the product advertised on their website — the composition, quality, and presentation did not match the product photos shown at the time of purchase. After receiving the incorrect product, I contacted the company multiple times over 17+ days via email with no resolution. On approximately April 2, 2026, I sent a formal deadline notice requesting resolution by April 6, 2026. That deadline passed with no response of any kind. I have documentation including photographs comparing the delivered arrangement to the advertised product, my full email correspondence with the company, and my order confirmation. I am seeking a full refund for goods not delivered as described.
