This makes bogus loan offers. The company calls from different phone numbers, and you cannot call the numbers back. It doesn't matter if you block the number, because they always call from unique numbers. If you answer the call and select to opt out of future calls, they do not stop calling. They call several times a day, all day, all weekend, all week. You cannot block them. When I call their main number they provide in the message and ask for more information, they hang up. They say they are "Capital Loan Center" and that their website is capitalloancenter.com but there is no such website. They say they are in Irvine, CA.
