Kiraglasses.com I ordered a pair of smart glasses ($60). They sent me a pair that looked nothing like what was shown on their website. I asked for a return and the kept trying to talk me into a partial return and to keep the glasses. After telling them I wanted to return them for a full refund, my card was charged a second time ($40). After no response from previous email, I emailed them again and also asked why they charged my card a second time. They finally responded explaining it could take months to get my return back to the shipping location over seas and that I wouldn’t get my refund until they got confirmation of returned product, again trying to talk me into a partial return and hardly addressed the second charge just say “we understand your concern”.
