cartpanda.com does not honor their money back guarantee. we returned their product unopened one week after receiving the product. we sent it back and got a received by signature. we emailed them 3 times and got 1 a.i. generated response to email them. after sending them a copy of the tracking information and the receiver info, we have never received a response. we have called and got thru once and after 10 minutes of giving them all of the information that they requested they hung up on me.do not use cart panda. Purchased Neuro Silence online through their website, with the processor being cartpanda.com and filled by GEX Corporation. Product had a 60 day money back guarantee. Will only communicate via email if purchased online - per phone call to company. Requested refund before the 60 day period. Over 20 emails back and forth with customer service. Will not give full refund. Wanted to give 15% and charge a restocking fee. Stopped answering my emails after demanding full refund and return of product at my expense. Chose Fed Ex shipping and paid extra for it, but product was sent USPS. The product doesn't work, they won't honor the 60 day money back guarantee, and refuse to communicate further when demanding a refund.
