Supposedly there was a 60 day money back guarantee if not satisfied w/product. Reply was from Cartpanda financial partner w/Healthy Living, saying my payment was approved & on it's way. Gave me phone # (866) 637-2482 to use w/questions. Next morning, emailed back to cancel order. Informed, team reviewing request. Reply was: can't do product already shipped w/a tracking #. Offered alternative to get 50% refund for $147 w/new order # to keep product & get partial refund. Did not accept. Signed email from Tereso B. Cartpanda Team. Told I would have to wait for item to arrive & then send back. Item arrived, immediately called # given. Person surprised I had phone #. Anyhow, she gave me a necessary RMA # I needed to include w/address to send to: OptiVell Healthy Living, 19655 E 35th Dr. Aurora, CO 80011. I had to pay for the return shipping. Called UPS & made necessary arrangements to ship back. It went & was received back on March 17th as I requested & was notified by UPS that it was received. I saw a push ad on my phone. Oprah Winfred said she had invested in this company along with two professors from prominent University's. It was a long video. I ordered over my phone. I called them because the ordering process was confusing. They issued a credit to my master card total of 184.95. I received the order today and the bottle said there are 60 pill in the bottle but I counted only 28. I have a call into their customer service support which is 866-637-2482. "Memo Master" -- 8293-COGBLEND-200 is a scam. The website: memomaster.cloud I had clicked on an order quantity of 6 bottles, then tried to change it to ONE bottle -- when I clicked the Quantity box the site automatically submitted my order. Was billed $294 for 6 bottles. The product ingredients of the "Memomaster" I received were nothing similar to what was described in the video promotion. (The video promotion featuring Dr. Ben Carson is FAKE. The video promotion featuring Dr. Sanjay Gupta is FAKE.) Tried contracting astroncaps@gmail; received an auto reply "Thank you for your email.... We'll get back to you soon." Called Customer service phone # for Endurox Prime -- 1 (302)618-4094 got recorded message that it was "not our regular business hours" (10:30 a.m.??) and to leave a message asking for too much info; and they would call back. Tried calling Cartpanda Inc, which billed the order. PHONE: 866-637-2482. Got a live Customer Service operator. She asked how I "got this number?" After telling her that my doctor had reviewed the ingredients in this product and did not want me to take it, she offered to refund me half of the cost. Explained it would cost me more in shipping and restocking to make it worth returning the product; and would take longer. Said "we'll refund you 50% of what you were charged, and you don't have to return the product. You can even resell it to the highest bidder -- do whatever you want with it." I purchased ancient mind elixir pills when i got the pills it said 180 day money back guarantee. The pills came and the ingredient listed on bottle were not what was stated on the website would be in it. So i called for refund they said it was past 30 days would not return give me back my money i told them they were commiting fraud saying on the website what was going to be in the pill and it had none of it in it. Also i have a picture of the check out where it says 180 days guarantee. Once i did they sent me to a video sight tryi g to sell more of the same for less stating that you need to take it for a year insted of 6 months like sale stated. You were told not to click back or close or you would be charged double bill,i knew at this point this is fraud. 10min later when you are able to click no thanks it sends you to 2 nd video another product with same warning if you click back double charge,so 10 mins later you get to click no thanks again and im thinking finally i can cancel this ,but no they send you to3rd video same threat when its over you push no thanks and it goes toyour order is bei g processed you dont the option to cancel. I was hearing bells going off as a warning but still put 6 bottles on my credit card then realizing this is not safe with some medical conditions so I immediately tried to cancel the order. No clear way to do that and many of the phone numbers listed did not connect. The 866-637-2482 number went through to a woman who asked me where I got the number. When asking to cancel the order, I was directed to send an email to [email protected] and request a refund. The email returned a received response with no visible email address attached. I contacted my credit card to stop payment but they cannot do that until posted then 10 days after that. I would like to see this investigated because it is now obvious to me this is fraud using AI. Dr Sanjay Gupta video re: supplement MemoBlast. The video did not seem authentic but with AI was made to sound like him though 'he' talked very fast. Tried to call and cancel the order but there was no ring tone to the phone number 866-637-2482. On the website, tried to see my order but they kept hitting me with verification codes, all five of which didn't get me through to see my order. Called my cc company after they alerted to the fraud.
