I ordered the product Memotrill thru Facebook ad & was directed to www.slimmest.site where the offer was, I clicked on 6 bottles & was directed to [email protected] where their contact email ( [email protected] )was located in case of dissatisfaction regarding the product or returns. I was charged $318.99 for 6 bottles . The package arrived with no invoice nor return address nor phone number. I ordered Dec 4th 2025 & did not receive until Dec 12, 2025. I emailed on Feb 8, 2026 (before 60 days warranty was up) & did not get any response. When I checked the email I had sent, it apparently was not recivrd because the email address “ [email protected] could not be found or is unable to receive email”. I then proceeded to look at my credit card statement & found the # 866-637-2482. I called this # & initially got the recording that this number was not a valid #! I double checked my cc statement & verified that it was the right # & called again, this time a representative named Ken answered & asked me how I got this number, I told him thru my credit card statement , I told him I was dissatisfied with the product & I will return their unused products & get my refund. He asked me how took the product & then told me I would not get my money back because it was over 60 days. I told him that I reached out & emailed them & never got a response but he argued that he cannot do anything about it.
