The seller declined to take responsibility, refused to initiate a sender inquiry, and instructed me to continue working with USPS despite USPS explicitly stating they would not assist further. In researching this company after the fact, I discovered a large number of public complaints on Trustpilot describing the same pattern: items marked as delivered but not received, customers told to contact USPS, USPS refusing further investigation, and the seller refusing refunds or replacements.
