I placed an order through this company, received the order, and tried to make an exchange by contacting their customer service. They ensured they would make the exchange but I have been waiting 3 months. I tried to reach back out through email (which we have been going back and forth on the same email chain since December) but I received a bounce back email that the email domain does not exist: "Address not found - Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the domain crissova.com couldn't be found.
