My daughter made an order online for her father's Christmas a drip pan for a pellet grill.(claiming to be veteran owned and us made)When ordering it took a while to gwt here and that was concerning but its the holidays so we just said well ok, after ordering from them dec 4th she started having recurring chargers that she did not authorize(she was never charged but for the one time for the product as she had a lock on her card) i called to make a request for stop, and there was a very mad lady who answered right away i was put on hold, and when i asked her to slow down talking so i knew what information she needed she got mad. I collected the information i needed and call back, this time getting a gentalman who put me on hold and took note of my charges he ended up hanging up again.(i researched business address only to find its a common area to work out of for small businesses)This time i called my daughter and told her to cancel her card, and called back. I received the same lady, and waited on hold for 15 minutes.
