I was e-mailed by someone claiming to be a recruiter for the pharma company Eli Lilly. He was using the name of a real employee, Gerard Gardiner, but using a fake e-mail address. he then told me that in order to move my CV along to be considered for a role I needed to complete a candidate overview document called a Executive Positioning Brief. He then referred me to another HR specialist. This person did not give a name but called me. The company name was Executive Edge. I refused to pay.
