I placed an online order with Glow Ellevia (website: glowellevia.com) on February 17, 2026 using my debit card. The company states on its website that U.S. orders require 1–5 business days processing and 7–9 business days shipping. As of today, I have not received shipment confirmation or updated tracking information. They have not responded to any of my emails either. My order status only shows “Confirmed.” I have contacted the company via their listed support email ( [email protected] ) and have not received a response. The website does not provide a physical business address or phone number. I have no idea where they are even located.
