The site Goda perfume appeared to be very legitimate. My wife place the original order in Jan. 08 2026 and was charged over 200.00 and the order never arrived. She was unknowingly put onto a subscription and if you visit godaperfume.com there doesn't appear to be anywhere where they tell you that you will be enrolled in a subscription. We tried to cancel when we realized what was happening but there didn't appear to be anywhere to cancel or to speak with anyone. It wasn't until we sent an official letter to the address we had to obtain from an AI search, that we were able to cancel. As soon as the email was sent a popup appeared on the right side of the screen offering a big discount to stay or cancel. Proceeding with the cancelation the discount offers increased until we reached the end of the popup window verifying we wanted to cancel. The email address to use to cancel is [email protected] . Make sure to have any recent order numbers to include in the email. Be warned about this company as the stuff doesn't even smell that great. I placed an order through a website using my PayPal account. The website was godaperfume.com. It was to be a monthly subscription and so I got a discount. I was charged that day, but never received the order as of today. I keep getting emails that they are going to send me the package for the subscription but I keep trying to cancel it.. I’ve emailed the email that is on my confirmation email and I’m not getting anywhere with it. I even posted a review, hoping that I would get a response. I just want a refund for what I paid. 39.20. I am going to attach the original order invoice. If I had known that this would’ve been coming from Singapore, I would’ve never ordered it but a lot of times you can always tell where online companies are located. Thank you!
