I placed an order through Happydeel.com's website after a link on another website, Mercari, which I have dealt with numerous times with no issues, sent me there. Within minutes of placing my order, I received an email thanking me for the order and a link that supposedly took me to view the contents of my order, but essentially, just circled back to Happydeel.com's website. There, a message explaining the next steps appeared, but none of those steps ever happened. I never received a follow-up email. I never received a tracking number, and to this day, I have not received the product. I tried to contact them through their email link, only to get a message that the email was "undeliverable because the recipient's email provider rejected it." Next, I tried to chat with them because the chat box said "we respond immediately". I never got a response from anyone there either. Calling them was just as bad. After several more attempts, I was finally able to send an email by clicking a different link I found on their website, but I am still waiting for a response. As of now, I have no product, no tracking, and no response from anyone. My gut instinct is that this company has no intentions of shipping the product I ordered, and they have no intention of responding to my inquiries. My payment was processed through a platform called "Buy me a cup of coffee", which may be legit. When I returned to Mercari to see if I could find the original posting, which should have been marked as "sold" on Mercari's website, I was unable to find the offer. I did, however, find several other items with links back to Happydeel.com on Mercari's website. My order was placed on 12/05/2025, and, to this day, I still have not received any kind of communication from anyone at Happydeel.com, nor have I received the product.
