The outreach appeared professional and included a detailed list of role responsibilities. I responded asking for clarification on the hiring organization, compensation range, and whether AdmiralHire was exclusively leading the search. The recruiter replied with a job link and confirmed the salary range but still did not disclose the name of the actual hiring company. Before proceeding further, I researched AdmiralHire and discovered an existing BBB Scam Tracker report (Report #1187791) describing this same recruiter, Ariaynena Mia, using the same outreach pattern: sending templated messages to multiple job seekers for different roles, then eventually directing candidates to a paid resume formatting service after claiming their resume failed an ATS screen.
