I saw an ad on Instagram for sneakers. Instead of clicking the link, I went to the company's website, impecaby.com, and ordered the sneakers I wanted for $99.00. After many weeks, I received a package from "Abby Adkins, 605 Bonnie St Ln Elk Gro, Chicago, IL 60007". The package contained no packing or order slip- only a cheap pair of sneakers that bear absolutely NO relation to the product I ordered. I have been in email communication with " [email protected] ". They claim to be a Chinese company that cannot rectify the issue.
