I was selling a boat on craiglist. The scammer approached me through SMS. They wanted me to send them a report of the boat from https://www.allhinreports.com/. It cost $49.99. I saw other sites that were cheaper reports, but they insisted I use https://www.allhinreports.com/. The site asks you to create an account (including an email address and password). Payment screen looked like paypal (but now that I went back, I can see it was not). I think the attack was two-fold: 1) take $50 (and possibly increase the amount during settlement) 2) get you to use a password that they hope you use in other settings.
