I purchased two “Montessori” toys through ******. The items received were significantly inferior in quality and did not match the advertised products. The packaging was generic with non-English text, and one item did not function as described. While their website includes a “30-Day Return and Refund Policy,” the policy only instructs customers to email [email protected] to start the process — no physical return address for returned goods is provided. Customer-responsible return shipping is required even for returns, and in practice customers are told to arrange costly international returns, which makes refunds effectively unattainable. When I contacted the company regarding a refund, I received only an automated response and no substantive resolution.
