Business Name: Tryassence Website: https://tryassence.com Amount Lost: $60.93 Date of Purchase: 10/18/2025 Type of Scam: Online Purchase / Non-Delivery Description of Incident: I placed an order with Tryassence through their website on 10/18/2025 for several pairs of men’s boxers totaling $60.93. I received an initial order confirmation, but I never received any shipping updates, tracking number, or estimated delivery date. It has now been over two months, and the company has not delivered the items. I contacted them multiple times through the email address listed on their website and through their “contact us” form, but I have not received any response. There is no phone number or functioning customer service. After researching the company further, I found numerous complaints from other consumers reporting the same issues — orders not being shipped, no communication, and no refunds. Several scam-analysis websites also classify Tryassence as a high-risk or potentially fraudulent website. At this point, I believe this business to be operating a scam, as they collected payment but failed to provide the product or any customer support. I am submitting this report so others can be warned. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-ms-flex-positive:0;flex-grow:0;-webkit-flex-basis:auto;-ms-flex-preferred-size:auto;flex-basis:auto;width:calc(100% * 1 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Assence] [Location: MI, USA - 48126]

After seeing countless Assence ads for these amazing bamboo men’s underwear with a pouch, I finally decided to order a couple of pairs to try them out. I ordered on tryassence.com on November 28, 2025. I received a confirmation email with receipt very shortly after ordering. Everything looked great, and it said I’d receive an email with shipping information once the product was shipped. It’s been almost two weeks, which isn’t crazy long, but basically all they sell is underwear so it should be a regular, fast process. I have emailed twice, and they are not responding, not even with an automated “we’re still processing your order” or anything. I have researched online and now see that others have had this same issue where the order goes through and money is collected, but no product ever comes. That seems to be the case here. I didn’t expect it to be a scam given the amount of money they’ve spent on ads, plus videos with real people who could be prosecuted if identified. I think they may have started out legitimate as I saw a few people did receive underwear eventually, but now they seem to just be taking in the money until someone shuts them down. Hopefully, I eventually get the package, but it isn’t looking good. I don’t know if I can update this should it eventually arrive, but I’ll try if it does. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex-grow:0;-m [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Assence] [Location: OK, USA - 73110]

I placed an order from tryassence.com. 6 weeks later, I have not received the underwear, but my credit card was charged. Several attempts have been made to contact customer service through email, and the website. I have not received any responses. I placed an order through Facebook, on tryassence.com, for a buy 4 get 4 promo. I also included a pack of socks in that order. This order was placed on 12/18/2025 in the amount of $83.85. An update came a day later with a link that wasn’t downloadable. After a few more days of waiting, I was given a tracking number for Landmark Global: DYJCN1024256368CN. The message said a label was created, but when the tracking info was placed through Landmark, the website said that it couldn’t be found. I emailed Landmark, and their reply was that they couldn’t find it in their system and to contact the company from which I made the purchase. I ordered a set of underwear from tryassence.com and they sent a confirmation email. But then the email got deleted or something because it wasn’t on my phone a week later. I tried contacting their email and no response. I tried calling their phone and it was a Hawaii number that just went to voicemail.
