[US] Klyvera Scam - klyvera.com - Scammed buying a headrest Klyvera Scam I’ve been having some neck pain recently, and so I ordered a neck rest that my dad sent me a link to from a website called Klyvera. I did in fact get the neck rest. I was told that I was going to be billed by relzotech for this order. I ended up getting billed by three different scam companies (relzotech, tunohealth, and kelvoshop). Thankfully, my bank blocked all the charges, but I am mildly infuriated that I had to get a new debit card. Life goes on, but be careful where you order from! https://www.reddit.com/r/personalfinance/comments/1m26ch1/very\\\_strange\\\_charge\\\_on\\\_my\\\_bank\\\_account/ The post above is where I got the information that this is an ongoing scam. After resolving with my bank, I saw that this had already been posted about in the post below. https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/comments/1qel8kz/us\_klyveracom\_home\_goods\_website\_is\_a\_scam/

Charge showed up on my card for $39.99 under viraxpower. Website shows parent company Bracca Time Inc. I initially purchased an item for $19.99 from Klyvera.com and this was where my information was stolen. Do NOT order anything from Klyvera.com. I have read others reporting the same experience that I had. The website looks legitimate. I ordered a product and then they wanted to add $9.99 for some warranty or something. I tried to click "No, thanks" but it would not accept that. They charged my credit card the initial price of the product and then tried to charge my card the additional $9.99 My credit card company denied that charge three times but on the fourth try by Kylvera, that charge went through. I looked up the company on the BBB website and saw the exact same complaints. I tried to call the company to cancel the order but I just got cut off. I emailed the company and told them I knew they were a fraudulent company and I was reporting them, and that I wanted a refund. After a few emails (with a polite response from them), they did refund my money. It took another day and another email for them to refund the $9.99. I will keep tabs on my credit card because I don't trust that they won't try to bill me again. Repeat--DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KYLVERA!
