Purchases a jacket online for $125. Shipping timing was odd at 20 - 25 days. I followed up after 15 days and customer service chat service assured me that item was in warehouse being prepared to ship. A week pasted with no update. Reached out again through their online chat, no phone number available, and same response provided. At 25 days with no status update and same response from online chat, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After their investigation, the money was refuned. My credit card charge was under raysapparelco.com, they may be related. This website seems like a scam. They deliberately provide a long shipping window so their customers forget or past the 30 days, which is more difficult to dispute with credit card company.
