Watched a videon tiktok. Clicked the link to purchase and was taken to Kynelle.com. I mafe the purchase in October 5 weeks later it shiwed delivered and it was not. Made contact and was advised it was reshipped. 3 weeks later. Still no item after email showed delivered. Kynelle offered a 70% refund, I requested a full refund and was advised it would take 15 days. The website was featured on a TikTok video. The website is https://kynelle.com/. It claims their items are made in the US and will ship from Texas. However, the tracking information I was provided shows the items coming from China. I never received the package, even though the tracking information states that I have. I reached out to the company on 7 different occassions to address this and they have never answered any of my questions. They just keep saying that it was delivered.
