Waited 28 days corresponding with their customer service received a tracking number through track718.com. tracked to my city. Then said product was delivered and received nothing. I was issued a tracking number "LXGYL************" which led to a site named track718.com. there were several updates ending in my package allegedly being delivered on Feb 12, 2026 at 07:01A. I saw an ad on Facebook advertising a clothing website. I visited, made the purchase and tracking info was sent through track718.com. The website said items were coming from New York but after receiving tracking information track718 showed the items coming from China. Track718.com states my order has been delivered; however, I have not received my order.
