A vanity was advertised on sale through TiktTok several times; eventually it peaked my interest. I clicked on it which sent me to the Loiret website - https://loiretus.com/products/jane-vanity-stool-set - which has several reviews of people saying they love the vanity and providing pictures. I ordered the product on January 28, 2026 which said it would be sent by Express Shipping (USPS First Class Package). However the tracking information provided is a YunExpress tracking number from China; identifiable by the beginning letters YT. The tracking number yields no data and is fake. The confirmation email provided a link to access the status of the order through shopify. There is no change in the tracking information provided; it just says it is on the way and has been for a month even though it was meant to be delivered with 5-7 days. The confirmation email also provided a contact email not listed on the website - [email protected] - which I emailed for updated tracking information, a status or a refund which was not responded to. The seller now has my name, address and bank account information with no product delivered.
