Company: Loviorra / loviora.com Product: Golf pants Issue: Non-delivery of merchandise / failure to refund / deceptive business practices I am filing this complaint to document my experience with Loviorra (loviora.com). I ordered golf pants from this company and never received the original shipment. After contacting them, I was told a replacement shipment would be sent. That second shipment also never arrived. The company has not provided clear carrier information or valid proof of delivery for either shipment. I then requested a refund and was informed it would take 15–25 days. It has now been over 30 days, and I have still not received my refund. After researching this company, I found extensive customer complaints reporting similar issues, including non-delivery, misleading tracking information (including Track718), unresponsive customer service, and inability to obtain refunds. Based on both my experience and widespread public complaints, I believe this company is engaging in deceptive business practices. I am requesting: Immediate full refund of my purchase. Proof of refund processing. Investigation into this company’s business practices. I am also disputing this charge with my bank and filing reports with federal and state agencies.
