I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality Italian designer sweater from a website listed as milanolegacy.com. I was however, sent a cheap unbranded sweater that was completely different in appearance and design. I attempted to gain a refund and to return the item the vendor wants only to give me a partial refund. They are unwilling to give me my full refund and to receive their item back. Not receiving 2 different orders $183.71 and $191.21. The orders and tracking information which I understand that international shipping can occasionally encounter unforeseen issues, but the website milanolegacy.com was clothes within the US. After emailing them regarding my order's and I need tracking information I have successfully received other international shipment placed from China which leads me to believe this particular order is coming from China. A key point of concern for me is the discrepancy regarding the product's origan. Their website explicitly indicated that the clothes was made in the US. "However, I received shipping communication states that the package's was shipped for overseas, specifically China. This contradiction is deeply troubling and was not apparent at the time of purchase. And haven't yet received my packages. Given the lack of tangible progress and these inconsistencies, I have proceeded with filing formal complaints with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and relevant consumer protection commissions. I expect a prompt and transparent resolution to this issue. Thank-you. [BBB Scam Type: Counterfeit Product] [Business: MILANOLEGACY] [Location: AZ, USA- 85937]
