US Based Web Development contract with a UK client I have a signed contract specifying that I would design a Magento (e-commerce) site for a UK based company with the following specifications: Magento Site, Initial Setup, Magento Theme Design, Look and Feel Customization. In an email I specified that I should be able to complete an **inital** site in 4-6 weeks **"If you guys are able to respond quickly to questions"** and then we could add further customizations once it was up and able to receive orders. After 1 1/2 weeks I sent them the first draft of logo designs and the first draft of the site design. They took 8 days to respond to this with feedback, despite my repeated attempts to move the site along. Additionally, I specified a few items I would need in order to get the site to be able to accept orders and go live (paypal info and godaddy domain info). They never provided this information. We went back and forth on some site and logo tweaks for about 3 more weeks. After about 6 weeks they tell me to hold off working on the site any more until they get back to me on Friday. Friday comes and goes and I request more information. I send them a few more emails over the next 3 weeks and finally they respond and say they have concerns with my technical abilities, which is interesting since they never mentioned any concerns in the previous 2 months. 3 weeks later they finally say that they have been advised by their solicitor to not pay for my services. I informed them that they were in breach of contract so I would be filing a claim against them. So I filed a claim with moneyclaim.gov.uk and now they've responded and are countersuing me for the lost profits of the website not being operational in 4 weeks. A court in the UK has been assigned to the case. So my question is... Without actually going to England, can I successfully push this to a judgement in my favor? And if not, if I fail to show up to the court, will the UK company actually be able to receive a
