I ordered 3 electric heated blankets from Cozzies that was advertised as a bundle deal-- buy 2, get one free if I remember correctly. The website mycozzies.com showed up after a simple Google search for heated blankets, listed under the Shopping tab. Looked legit. I received a delivery confirmation from UPS which also looked very legit, but the zip code was wrong. They didn't provide a delivery photo, but it showed a map with a circled area of where it was delivered. The delivery location actually was not far from my house, so I thought it was a simple mistake by the carrier because my mail has been delivered to wrong addresses before. There's a local business right in the center of the "delivery location" on the map, so I contacted the owner who said he hadn't received any package with my name on it. Contacted UPS and they weren't able to find the info on the package, told me I had to contact the seller, and when I tried to go back to the Cozzies website, it was down. Went back to my order confirmation email and tried to follow the link to the website, and same thing-- website was down and said "This store is unavailable." My father purchased 2 heated blankets from mycozzies.com. He was sent a tracking number and when it showed as delivered he had not received anything. I contacted the company who said they would be sending out a replacement item. It has been a week and no replacement ticking number has been issued. I attempted to email them once again and their email and website no longer exist. Dollars Lost [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: MyCozzies] [Location: IL, USA - 61108]

I ordered an electric heating blanket because I'd seen it on FB with alot... more than 50 comments from people saying they bought one and loved it. Nothing was unusual about the ordering and shipping part. The confirmation email after purchase, the tracking information from UPS, all seemed normal. The day of "delivery", I saw on my security camera, a UPS truck parked in the front of my house. It sat there and drove away. The following day, I'd received an email from UPS that the package was delivered, when it wasn't. There was a picture of 2 boxes ( I only ordered 1 blanket), a brown wooden door ( every house in my community has a black door), and a welcome mat (my front porch has plants and other decor). I emailed the company and never got a response. I started a claim with UPS and 2 days later, I received an email from UPS, stating that the delivery time was consistent with the driver's and truck's location. They also said that the picture was the necessary proof. I sent them still shots of their driver; who never exited the truck, along with a picture of the front of my house and requested them to Google my address to see that the picture wasn't my place nor anyone else's near me. I'm waiting for a response. Hands down Mycozzies.com is definitely a scam. .css-1w6dufj{-webkit-box-flex:0;-webkit-flex- [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Cozzies/mycozzie.com] [Location: IN, USA - 46373]
I was on facebook. Saw advertisement for Cozzie blanket. I went directly to the site (mycozzies.com) purchased 4 blankets for $96.77. The next day site was down, next week not contact via email or any source. I was ripped off by this site and this company. Order #17233. I ordered a heated blanket from a site called https://mycozzies.com/products i got the confirmation number. After about a week or so I realized I never got any shipping information. I went back to the site to check the status and the site is gone. I emailed the email address located in my confirmation. Once i emailed them i got a undeliverable message. I ordered three cozzies (heated oversized hoodies/snuggies) from the website mycozzies.com through a Facebook link. UPS provided a tracking number that showed the package should have been delivered 12-12-25. Today is 3-17-26 and nothing ever arrived. UPS updated this package delivery as delivered through a non-standard method: "commercial inside release" but could not provide a photo for proof of delivery. When I tried to file a claim with UPS it was denied because it was outside of their 60-day window. Ridiculous! This is a scam.
