A more effective way to block unwanted emails? TLDR: Any new ways to block or apply a blanket rule/block to avoid email harassment? I'm hoping for some help. I have a person (or two) sending me emails on and off. It's been going on for 5 years. Over the years, I've managed to figure out ways to block these emails but they often only open another email address and another and another. Most of the emails are sent from [outlook.com/hotmail.com/icloud.com](https://outlook.com/hotmail.com/icloud.com). Right, so this is the solution I've eventually come up with that worked best. I have only two email accounts, business (own business) and Gmail. I started out with Gmail so I still have two clients contacting me there who also insist on using Google Drive. I've changed my Gmail once during the 5 years and it was found again. Obviously don't want to give clients a new address every month as it certainly does not inspire confidence. So I was told about BlockSender and have literally blocked domains from being able to send emails to my Gmail. So instead of blocking single email addresses, I blocked domains: [outlook.com](https://outlook.com), [outlook.fr](https://outlook.fr), [hotmail.com](https://hotmail.com), [yahoo.com](https://yahoo.com), etc etc. And a few keywords/usernames that I know are unique to the sender, for good measure. I can basically only get emails from those two clients' business addresses. It worked like a charm, if something slips through once a year, it's a lot. Now the problem is, I can't do the same with my business address. I have access to my mail server so I can block and blacklist email addresses, blacklist words, usernames, domains, the works. But can't obviously go and blacklist [gmail.com](https://gmail.com) or [outlook.com](https://outlook.com) as that would block legitimate clients. I also have to use blacklist keywords sparingly, e.g., let's say the email sender I'm trying to avoid is John Smith, I can't blacklist "John" or "Smith" as I
