“Recruiter” based in Pakistan reached out about a job opportunity. After some back and forth, said someone from a client agency would be reaching out to schedule an interview. Received an email from another recruiter asking for my resume and my availability for a call. The second recruiter didn’t answer any of my questions but instead said my info would be forwarded to another client. Then, came back and said my resume wasn’t ATS compliant and that I needed to submit it to another site (https://resumesats.com/) to get it in the right format.
