On 9/24/2025, I enter into a contract and paid $1,999 for online services to the merchant, Revaluate.com. The company claims to identify likely movers by monitoring my database provided to them for consumers that are experiencing a life event. The life event or behavior of the consumer triggers a score which measures the likelihood of them moving over the next six months. A score of 80 plus is a "highly likely mover" within a six-month timeframe allowing time for myself as the client to nurture and approach that likelihood consumer in advance for purposes of listing the home on market. This allows me to no loose opportunities to list with other realtors because Revaluate predicts in advance with a score and email notification and dashboard access. I have been able to identify four consumers who listed with another agent and was not even alerted in advance but in their dashboard the consumers score is low under 80 showing "not likely to move". Therefore, I lost about thousands of dollars of commission because Revaluate is not scoring the consumer correctly and notifying after it's been listed with another agent. They sold me that their company "alerts the likely over the next six months". They did not sell me access to a dashboard that provides me nothing or incorrect data. I believe they are Fraud! Thus far, I have lost thousands in potential commission, their $1999 fee, and have not received the service they claim to provide other to access to a useless and dashboard with incorrect information of scoring.
